Government Complex Sejong

The young heart of Korea's balanced development
A person sleeps, but the heart does not sleep. The Government Complex Sejong is like a heart that breathes life into the heart of the country 24 hours a day, enhancing administrative efficiency and enhancing public convenience. In consideration of the function of government ministries that act as the heart of the nation, Happy City is arranged so that each institution is organically connected through bridges and rooftop gardens. Starting with the Prime Minister's Office in 2012, 43 central administrative agencies have now completed the relocation. Sejong, a multifunctional administrative city, is fulfilling its role as a new center for balanced national development.
